Edutemps opened its doors 11 years ago when we knew a specialist Education staffing agency was needed in Australia. Since then, we have recruited and placed more than 2,500 people into education jobs. From day one we wanted to ensure we built and maintained a strong network of education professionals that we were proud to recruit and place. It was the right move because over the last 2 years 83% of our placements have come from our 18,000+ candidate database. From humble beginnings with just two of us in a tiny office above a fruitshop in Epping to a national footprint and powerhouse recruitment team, we’ve loved every step.
The need for RTOs and training organisations to be able to respond to operational demands and opportunities required a highly flexible workforce, from trainers, resource developers, compliance and accounts staff and many other roles that maintain and build the efficiencies of an RTO. Over the years Edutemps has hand-picked this flexible and unique workforce, pulling from a vast database of 15,000 education specialists nationally and a dynamic and active network.
Edutemps’ deep knowledge of the sector, its requirements, the people and skills required has allowed us to expand to provide not just Staffing Solutions, but Compliance and Learning Design services to RTOs, TAFE’s, Universities, Corporate L&D teams, Not for Profits, International Education Institutions and Community Colleges across Australia. This horizontal integration into Compliance and Learning Design has allowed us to build our executive management team. After almost 10 years of interviewing thousands of candidates, Managing Director Andrew Stuart is confident that the three department heads that lead Edutemps are the best in the sector. In fact, he stakes his reputation on it.
Due to our unique position within the education sector, educational institutions utilise Edutemps’ expertise as education consultants to conduct complex resource development, compliance and training projects. The ability of our organisation to ‘scale up’ to any size project has resulted in Edutemps conducting large-scale compliance, learning design, recruitment, training and education mentoring projects.
