An exciting opportunity has become available for a Compliance Specialist to join our clients' team on a full-time contract until 31st May 2022. You will come from an RTO/VET background, have substantial knowledge of the RTO Standards and can assist with the following compliance work:
Day to Day
Ongoing audit checks
Program review (TAS and Assessment)
Vocational Currency and Matrix
General operational checks
Assist in the rectification of broad compliance issues
You will be reporting directly to the General Manager and work closely with other Compliance Specialists.
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent);
Understand ASQA, AQF, Standards for RTOs 2015 and Training.gov.au
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing quality compliance
Team leadership skills and ability to work interdependently in a challenging environment
Excellent communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Commitment to a high level of consumer service and person-centred care
