Course Facilitator

The company
Our client is an established and growing RTO with solid roots in the Construction, Oil & Gas and Health and Safety industry. They are currently looking for a Courses Facilitator to join their team.
They pride themselves on a work culture that is supportive and vibrant, ensuring staff are dedicated to producing the best possible outcomes for students.
The office space has city views and is filled with staff that are enthusiastic and passionate. It is situated in Toowong with public transport stops nearby, cafes, restaurants and a shopping centre.
 
The role
The Course Facilitator position is a full-time role dedicated in-office role in their Brisbane office.
Some key responsibilities for the role will include;

• Working closely with blue-collar & white-collar students
• Talking with students over the phone
• Gathering multiple documents from students as required
• Reference checking
• Qualifying student's skills
• Managing administrative tasks with competence
• Managing our student management system and RTO compliance
• Taking payments across the phone

 
Specifications required:  
Ideally, the candidate will have Trainer and Assessor Qualifications in relevant sector; blue-collar industries such as construction, oil & gas, civil works, or manufacturing.
The successful candidate must have competent administration skills as well as great communication skills.
 
The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience in an RTO environment.
• Have Knowledge and understanding of blue-collar industries such as construction, oil & gas, civil works or manufacturing
• Possess a solid work ethic and be able to multi-task
• Be well organised and operate by good personal operating systems
• Have high attention to detail
• Be coachable and ready to learn
