National Compliance Manager (RTO)

This is a key role in the organisation. You will be joining a dynamic and professional management team who are determined to provide quality training and education to students.

As a National Compliance Manager, you will manage and streamline the processes across four RTOs, manage the training and compliance framework to ensure adherence to ASQA and related requirements, monitor RTO compliance to meet changing business and industry demands, develop and review operational processes to support training delivery and assessments, develop governance policies, procedures and processes, conduct validation and moderation, conduct internal audits, monitor the quality of learning materials and manage change to meet compliance requirements. The role is permanent full-time, travel may also be required for this role. 
 
To succeed in this position, you will have:

• Experience as a Compliance Manager in the Vocational, Education and Training (VET) environment;
• Proven ability to meet ASQA 2015 Standards and regulatory requirements relevant to RTOs;
• Working knowledge of State funding in NSW and QLD
• Ability to negotiate and manage change to meet regulatory requirements;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to balance both compliance and business needs;
• Ability to work with all areas of the business to ensure compliance requirements.

Ideally, you will have:

• Diploma of Quality Auditing
• A degree in Management or Education
