Our client is an expanding Registered Training Organisation (RTO) who are a leading provider of safety, construction and high risk work training.
Our client replicates a real working construction site using their own equipment, so the student can get a true to life training experience.
The role This is a key position in the organisation and you will be responsible for the delivery of the RTO's Qualification programs. In the role of Qualifications Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring quality program delivery against performance outcomes and managing trainers.
Coming from the Civil Construction industry you will care about delivering a high standard of training and achieving learner outcomes for students. You will have the experience and skills to mentor and guide trainers and the ability to develop strong relationships within the industry.
Initially, you will have some training/assessment responsibilities.
You will have:
Experienced in delivery of Civil Construction training courses in Vocational Education and Training (VET)
Experience and industry currency in the Civil Construction industry including managing projects and supervising sites
Well-developed understanding of Queensland's Civil licensing requirements
Hold a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or hold the TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A unit TAEASS502 unit, or a higher-level adult education qualification.
Understanding of compliance requirements for VET
Demonstrated ability to meet performance outcomes
