The company Our client is a highly reputable RTO looking for a diligent candidate to take on the role of RTO Administrator to organise and oversee the constantly rising influx of students. With over 20 years in the industry, our client has built a coherent and positive workforce with high levels of job satisfaction.
The role This role provides a great opportunity for the successful candidate to work closely with the Training Scheduling coordinator to ensure logistics of the RTO are run seamlessly and effectively. Specific duties of the role will include;
First point of contact for Students
Enrolling the students into Job Ready Plus
Data entry including attendance recording and certificate issuance
Running reports that monitor students’ progress and completion of units
Interpreting and complying with funding guidelines and all compliance requirements and updates
Touching base with all students to ensure satisfaction with training services provided
General Administration duties such as filing and archiving
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous RTO experience
The ability to learn new systems quickly and work well under time-pressure
Ability to troubleshoot computer software and hardware issues
Very good communication skills to both staff and clients with the ability to manage clients expectations
