The primary purpose of the role is to analyse and present financial information on tuition fees and service charges to students, sponsors, students recruitment agents, OSHC provider and key internal stake holders.
This role is perfect for someone with a high level of technical skills with all current systems including; Admissions, SAI, Fees Revenue, CRM and aXcelerate.
This is a 9-month maternity leave contract position with 22.8 hours per week.
Monitor, maintain and process various student financial information such as management of payments, tuition fee and instalment plans
Assess students refund applications, process refunds and internal transfers in a timely manner.
Liaise with the Clients Services Officer and keep open communication with all stakeholders.
Enrolment of new students across all programs, census date monitoring, and accurate processing and monitoring of VET Student Loan (VETSL) and Fee Help applications
Undertake administrative tasks associated with the lifecycle of international sponsored students financial arrangements.
Develop and maintain administrative and financial tasks on students OSHC and build key relationship with insurance provider.
Provide financial support to Regional Campus staff and College Homestay and IELTS teams.
Provide advice, support and ongoing training to administration staff including Regional Campus staff on student fee enquiries of a complex nature.
The Ideal Candidate:
Relevant tertiary qualification or Diploma in Business or previous experience in similar position
Sound knowledge of basic accounting and finance functions particularly accounts payables and receivables
Sound knowledge of financial systems, students admission and enrolment systems and processes of a medium to large education provider
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
