The role The successful candidate/s will engage with internal and external key stakeholders to identify training needs and deliver quality training services.
This is a full-time, ongoing position delivering the following qualifications in a face-to-face and online format:
Diploma of Hospitality Management (SIT50416)
Certificate III in Hospitality (SIT30616)
Liaising with students in both face to face, and online training delivery environments to facilitate and proactively manage stakeholders expectations with required timelines
Managing student files and records in accordance with relevant requirements and effectively communicating with internal stakeholders
Assisting with coordinating training activities and resources
Monitoring the effectiveness of training and development materials, and make recommendations and revisions as appropriate
Attending required professional development activities relevant to the job role
Contributing to all compliance and quality assurance in line with ASQA standards
Hold a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or hold the TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A unit TAEASS502 unit, or a higher-level adult education qualification.
Hold the current qualifications listed above.
Have recent experience or have maintained industry currency in the Hospitality sector.
Have participated in and have records of activities or professional development, ensuring a solid understanding of current VET practices and requirements.
The ideal candidate will have:
Ability and willingness to travel (Sydney CBD and Inner West)
Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills both written and oral.
Previous experience in developing training materials.
Demonstrated computer experience in Microsoft office applications.
Experience working with Learning Management Systems
High level of attention to detail and understanding of RTO compliance relevant to the role
