Our client is a successful and expanding Registered Training Organisation (RTO) seeking a permanent full-time or Part time Trainer to deliver and assess the Cert IV and Diploma in Hospitality.
Based in the Melbourne CBD, you will be working with a dedicated, enthusiastic and highly qualified team to deliver classes, conduct assessments, update and maintain training records, support students to achieve learning goals and contribute to ongoing improvements in course programs.
To be suitable for this role you must be:
Based in the Melbourne CBD, you will be working with a dedicated, enthusiastic and highly qualified team to deliver classes, conduct assessments, update and maintain training records, support students to achieve learning goals and contribute to ongoing improvements in course programs.
To be suitable for this role you must be:
- passionate about providing quality training;
- an experienced VET facilitator who can engage with students in a classroom-based environment and provide support to achieve educational outcomes;
- experienced in delivering and assessing courses for international students;
- self-motivated, organised and able to meet delivery and assessment milestones.
You must have:
- TAE40110 or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment;
- Qualifications required to deliver and assess the Diploma of Hospitality, RSA and coffee making;
- Current experience as a Food and Beverage manager;
- Evidence of professional development in Vocational Education and Training (VET) and industry;
- Proven ability to work autonomously and work collaboratively in a team;
- Excellent communication skills.
