Trainers – Certificate III in Cleaning Operations and Warehousing Operations

Our Client
Our client is a recognised and award-winning Registered Training Organisation (RTO). They pride themselves in using specialised teaching methods, with a strong focus on learning through real circumstances and experiences. They don’t rely on the traditional classroom; rather they create it within our clients (employers or industry) workplaces through tailored education; or by providing the “hands-on” skills for job seekers where they can be prepared for the real work environment.

Our Client is looking to find high-quality Trainer and Assessors for the following qualifications:

  • CPP30316 Certificate III in Cleaning Operations
  • Certificate III in Warehousing Operations / Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations

Essential Criteria

Trainers and Assessors must meet the following criteria:

  1. All Trainers must have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  2. Hold the qualification they are delivering, or able to map to the qualification they are delivering
  3. Have recent experience, or have maintained industry currency in the relevant sector, i.e. Cleaning Operations or Warehousing
  4. Have participated in and have records of activities or professional development ensuring a solid understanding of current VET practices and requirements
  5. Current drivers license and be willing to travel (Across NSW, e.g. Bathurst, Wagga Wagga, Ballina)
  6. Ability to follow the planned schedule to ensure learners progress in a consistent manner

You’ll be a passionate, engaging, experienced Trainer Assessor who has held a similar role in delivering practical and interactive training to a wide range of industries.  You will pride yourself in providing students with a vibrant learning experience.  You will focus on the student experience and success.  You must possess excellent communication and time management skills with attention to detail. 

Key responsibilities

  • Delivery of training and assessment in accordance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015, and all applicable regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and mark assessments for students
  • Maintain currency of knowledge through professional development
  • Maintain student records as required by the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015 and all applicable regulatory requirements, particularly NSW Government Smart and Skilled contract
  • Participate in validation and moderation as required
  • Liaise with students as they progress through their studies and keep records of interactions
